Description:

High-efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer is based on the unique side-chain structure of polyether. Through the molecular structure design and the polymerization of various functional groups, it shows good steric hindrance effect and electrostatic repulsion effect. It greatly improves the dispersion and retention performance of concrete and makes this has excellent water reduction rate and small slump loss. It has good adaptability to different building materials and can be widely used in fresh concrete for long-distance transportation, concrete for long-distance pumping in the high-temperature construction environment, etc.

Usage:

The content of this product is generally 0.3% – 1.5% of cementitious material. It can be used in combination with other types of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, retarder, defoamer, air-entraining agent and other additives, so as to make the concrete easier and work better. The dosage should be optimized by trail by used actual building materials to satisfy the project needs.

Package & Storage

It can be transported, sealed and stored in 200 kg drum or 1000 kg IBC tank. It must avoid rain, water leakage, debris or water evaporation. The storage period in sealed original packaging without sunlight can reach one year at 0~35°C. If you have any other questions, please contact us in time.
